Building each other-through land ownership.
Founded in 2020 by engineering alumni of Uganda Christian University (UCU), Alumni Villages enables members to pool resources, acquire land, subdivide it into standard residential plots (typically 50×100 ft), and allocate plots in an organized and transparent way.

What we do
Three practical pillars-land, structure, and community.
Land acquisition & subdivision
We identify and secure land, conduct due diligence and surveys, then subdivide into standard residential plots (typically 50×100 ft).
Member-based investment model
A clear journey-deposit → group → progressive payments → plot allocation-with transparent documentation.
Community development
We form organized villages with a shared identity, promote long-term development, and encourage tree planting and boundary planting.
Core values
How we work, decide, and serve members.
Impact before profit
We prioritize member outcomes and lasting community benefit.
Go beyond
We do the extra work on clarity, due diligence, and follow-through.
Drive innovation
We keep improving processes to make land ownership simpler and fair.
Work together
We collaborate across members, leaders, and location groups.
Passionate team
We show up with commitment, energy, and care.
How it works-from interest to land ownership.
